Terms and conditions

The rules for using Sharanga Realty as a visitor, buyer, tenant, owner or agent.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. This is a draft that will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Sharanga Realty is a listing and information platform. We are not a party to any agreement between a lister and a buyer or tenant, and we do not guarantee that any transaction will be completed or that any property is free of defects, disputes or encumbrances.

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the law.

If you post a listing you confirm that:

  • You own the property or are authorised to advertise it.
  • All details, photographs and documents are accurate and not misleading.
  • Where RERA registration is required, you show the correct registration number.
  • You have the right to share any personal data included in the listing.

We may reject, pause, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including for suspected inaccuracy or fraud.

  • Posting false, misleading or illegal content.
  • Collecting other users’ data without permission.
  • Attempting to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Using the site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you submit, and give us permission to display it on the site for as long as the listing is active. Our guides, design and software remain ours and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We provide the site and its content as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on listings or guides. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer or other protective laws.
