Grievances and data requests
How to complain about the site, a listing, or the way your personal data is handled, and how to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of data we no longer need.
- Withdrawal of consent you gave.
- Removal or correction of a listing you believe is wrong or misleading.
How to ask
- Go to the contact page and use the contact details published there.
- Say what you want done and include the email address or mobile number linked to your account or enquiry, so we can find your records.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable time. Where the law sets a deadline, we will follow it. If we cannot act on a request, we will tell you why.
Grievance officer
Send your grievance through the contact page and start your message with the word Grievance, so it is routed correctly.
If you are not satisfied
You may approach the relevant authority or regulator. For real estate disputes in Uttar Pradesh this can include UP-RERA, and for personal data matters the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.
