Privacy policy

What personal data we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

We collect only what we need to run the site, review listings and pass your enquiries to the right person. We do not sell personal data.

This policy is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. It is a draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

  • Account details: name, email address, optional mobile number and a securely stored password.
  • Listing details you submit: property information, contact name and number, RERA number and documents you choose to share.
  • Enquiry details: name, mobile number, optional email, your message and any preferred visit date.
  • Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
  • To create and run your account.
  • To review, publish and moderate listings.
  • To pass your enquiry or site visit request to the lister you contacted.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.

We ask for your consent where the law requires it, for example when you submit an enquiry form.

  • The lister you contacted sees the details in your enquiry.
  • Our administrators see account, listing and enquiry data to run and moderate the site.
  • Service providers that host the site or send email on our behalf, under confidentiality terms.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to share data.

Contact details you enter on a listing may be shown to people who view that listing.

We keep enquiry and account data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Exact retention periods will be published here before launch. You may ask us to delete your data earlier.

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to erase data we no longer need.
  • Withdraw consent you have given, without affecting earlier lawful use.
  • Raise a grievance and receive a response.

Passwords are stored in hashed form, access to administration is restricted, and forms are protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

The site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
